Return window

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How to request it

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exceptions

Used or customer-damaged products, or items without their original packaging, are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
